Meet Alli

The founder of myCareerGuide, Alli’s specialty is partnering with clients to fast-track their career, communication, and professional development objectives. She previously spent over 25 years at a Fortune Global 500 company, supporting 12 brands and customers with financial services. Her roles included Global Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director of Marketing, Brand, & Communication. During this time, Alli helped employees at all levels grow professionally and achieve their career goals.

Transitioning to higher education, she served as Director of Career Advising for a nationally recognized, award-winning university, guiding students and alumni across 12 academic programs.

Alli also brings leadership experience in business strategy, product and services development, sales, operations, and innovation across diverse industries, including transportation, non-profit, and animal care.

Based in North Carolina with her husband of nearly 30 years and their 18-year-old son, when she is not helping clients, Alli loves sharing outdoor adventures with her family, running with her labrador retriever (Toby), competing in pickleball, and reading.
